What condition will my device be in?
We use a standard grading system to describe the physical condition of our refurbished devices. All devices are fully tested and guaranteed to work, regardless of grades:
Grade A – Excellent Condition
- Minimal signs of use, if any
- Screen and body are near-perfect
- Ideal for business or personal use where appearance matters
Grade B – Good Condition
- Light to moderate cosmetic wear (e.g., small scratches or marks)
- Fully functional
- Great value for users who don’t mind minor wear
Grade C – Fair Condition
- Noticeable signs of wear (e.g., scratches, dents, screen marks)
- Still 100% functional
- Best for budget-conscious buyers or industrial use
All devices are graded for transparency. Most are “Grade A” with minor to no visible wear, fully functional and thoroughly tested before shipping.
Can I upgrade RAM (Memory) or storage in the future?
In most cases yes, many desktops and laptops support upgrades for RAM and storage. Please contact us if you need guidance on compatible upgrades.
